You might get a little relief by buyng a face mask repirator like people use when painting houses-not a dust mask- (about $30 at lumber store).
I have found it blocks most cleaning agent fumes pretty well. Its not pretty or especially comfortable, but u can function with it on as needed. Also when your roomies see u wearing it maybe it will get thru to them that youre not picky, u are being assaulted by thier cleaning agents. If all else fails, try to get ur own studio apt. Its better to live humbly and feel well then higher and be sick .
