I appreciate the concern and the wealth of information.

I was aware of all you listed and to tell you the truth I think it is all grossly exaggerated. I am not a lab rat consuming my weight in Aspartame. The list failed to explain many of those effects are contributed by more then one factor.

I have gone 63 days consuming Aspartame and didn’t have any of the complications listed. Except for the headaches and that has been the case with Water Fasting too. I think the Aspartame lecture is a little overly cautious.
