The Aspartame makes me very ill so I know it would be dangerous for me to try. I used to be addicted to diet soda and did not know it was making me ill. Then one day I went on a diet that did not allow diet soda and I got well. I was able to add two and two together and play with it enough to figure out what was causing my illness. Then all the information came out against Aspartame. I honestly believe I would not be alive today if I had not figured this out. People think I am crazy for believing the Aspartame is bad for you stuff. But I just am not getting my information from what I read. I have personal experience.
