I do not know whether it might improve male pattern baldness. I am sure that it would help, but the question is how much would it help.

If you want to address male pattern baldness you should take saw palmetto supplements. Saw palmetto is a herb that addresses hormonal balance problems in males, like male pattern baldness, prostate cancer.

If you buy saw palmetto, buy a standardized extract. I know that Solgar sells the standardized extract of saw palmetto in green glass bottles.
