Potassium Iodide is not what you want. Typical required intake of potassium is somewhere around 3000mgs per day. Why not use high potassium foods?
The only potassium > than 99mg is EmergenC packs which are 200mg per pack.
What else did the hair analysis show? Any toxic metals? Although hair is not always the best choice for toxic metal testing. I bet you have low magnesium which probably is more the culprit than the potassium. Magnesium will regulate potassium and is very involved in the adrenal issue (see Dr. Mildred Seelig's research). Use a quality magnesium supplement like magnesium chloride. Also Vitamin D is required for magnesium utilization and since you are in northern Europe perhaps your levels are low. Testing would help in this.
But why the adrenal fatigue? Typically this is caused by poor nutrition with high stress, toxins or infections. What is being done to investigate these possibilities?
