Yes dosing is highly individual; I didnt have much reaction until I upped to over 50 mg. I am now around 100 mg 5-6 days out of the week and still in a positive progress.
Others manage well with much lower doses.

If one experience detox or other negative reactions I would go a little lower or pulse the dose.
If no reaction and/or a serious condition I would go higher; all the way until a reaction or detox start. Thus find out your individual dose


The % of Lugols may be confusing; but one easy way to find out is to look at the color; the 2% looks like tea, the 5 % looks more like coffee.
