Does anyone have any links to a comprehensive refeeding plan? And when I say comprehensive, I mean as in they tell you pretty much exactly what to eat for how long? And how many calories?

I've found lots of links about refeeding, but they're all very vague and of the "listen to your body" sort. I need something exact.

Also, does anyone know of any good books that have such plans?
