Hi, I am No expert, but please do anything you can to cleanse your body. Can you do a colon cleanse? That would be a good place to start.

Also, I truly believe a whole body cleanse is needed. I did one by Standard Process, but I am sort of afraid to recommend it to you since you said herbal teas make you itch. I too, got itchy skin and digestive issues when I got sick again with candida. I have been trying to cleanse as much as possible.
