Good job girl!

I know that many purist would criticize using the sf cherry drink, BUT imo your digestive still is taking a huge break compared to normal eating AND you're probably in deep ketosis (therefore burning fat and sparing muscle).

May I please ask what brand drink mix you used and how "hard" were the first few days?
