I am new to using these products myself but I have done the research and so far I have excellent results. I have a blog about ACV and I think it would be a good idea to check it out and make up your own mind. This research led me to this conclusion; "The falling out of hair is primarily due to a tissue salt deficiency, thus cider vinegar with its 'wonder products' will re-establish a natural balance, and supply the deficiencies where needed." //www.curezone.org/blogs/m.asp?f=179&i=13
As for me, I started looking for something to stop my thinning hair and a dry patch that was forming on the crown of my head. I started taking vitamins but I saw no improvemnent...in fact it seemed to get worse so I stopped. EV mentioned ACV and I read about the olive oil from a poster in this forum. I also looked at aloe vera for my dry hair. I have more or less settled into using olive oil or walnut oil every other weekend or so(because it leaves my hair oily looking), aloe vera juice every day and often with a homemade shampoo, and I rinse off my hair with acv almost every day. The ACV makes my hair feel wonderful. My hair is no longer dry and I feel like there is some new growth but only time will tell. I am going to follow this method for several months and add new ingredients a little at a time.
I hope this helps;
