Yes, I do. I get really cold, at night, when I cover up I awake sweating. If I don't get warm I can't sleep because I'm too cold. In general, I try to sleep with fewer blankets. My arms are often ice cold to the touch. This has been the only thing to help with the sweats.

I must admit, on a cold winter morning, a hot flash makes getting up easier. :-)
