God is so good to us, it's unbelievable... at least to some. Incredible.

I got a Total Gym type machine also. It's great low impact workouts that gives a good stretch. A lot of times I just put it on the highest setting and hook my feet up and hang, to decompress my spine at the end of the day. Feels great.

Your presence here is an inspiration.
