In this case, frequency is only used to better circumvent the skin barrier, looking to me as an electronic network, with a leading small capacitor, and following the well known electronic formula of Xc=1/2piFC
The higher the frequency, the better the “penetration” of this barrier. Surprised?
So, you are saying that High frequencies penetrate better? While this is what they taught us in both physiology abd in biomedical engineering, the evidence for zapper effectiveness points to other effects.
Consider Dr. Clark's statement that zappers do not penetrate to reach the intestines and other internal organs. I can show that this statement is only true for the higher frequencies (especially the 30 kHz that she uses) while 2.5 kHz and lower can penetrate better.
The electrical model of the human body is far more complex than a simple reactance equation. There are actually over a dozen capacitances and resistances involved and each of these varies from individual to individual and even varies within the individual over time.
This question and others caused me to set out on a little research project a few years back. A group of people used a zapper on the 30 kHz setting for a few days. They then used the zapper at 2.5 kHz for another few days reporting improved results.
It did not stop there, however. They then used both frequencies in sequence and found that dual frequencies actually produced better results.
The study was unofficial, not well controlled, and very unscientific, but it did convince every one of the users that not only was two frequencies better than one, but that using both sequentially produced the best results.
Subsequently, the next step of the study found that using copper footpads (only in the augmentation mode) along with the copper paddles almost doubled the zappers effectiveness, especially when it comes to reaching the intestines.
>- with a living load impedance of about 800 to 1000_Ohms.
Actually, I have seen a range of about 400 to 1800 in a round robin of out test group. This drops significantly lower when copper paddles and footpads are combined. I have seen as low as 180 ohms.
>- This is why a zapper with a sweep frequency has been seen by many as a very good asset.
Our studies on sweep zappers prouced dismal results, mostly because the zapper did not stay at any frequency long enough. Great theory, not so good in practice. Try watching bacteria under the microscope. A swept frequency takes much longer to kill most of them.
Stepped frequencies appear to work very well as long as each frequency is held for a minimum time.
The idea of harmonic zappers is not new and there are several available. I have even been working on one but have not decided if it is worthwhile yet.
>- ready to change my opinion. My truth because yours could be different
I agree with this and am still looking for answers to supplement what I have already found.
I have a pretty full laboratory including a lot of microbial cultures that I get a kick out of zapping, Several oscilloscopes, frequency counters, signal generators, centrifuges, spectrometers, incubators, microscopes, etc, add to the fun but sadly, time is a premium.
Sort of funny, when we were raided, the one room that the FDA stayed clear of was my lab with all the bacteria and stuff.
They did not confiscate a thing out of there :^)
