Thanks for the responses here. I am familiar with coffee enemas, and have done them before. I used to do them with every flush, but have gotten out of that habit. Perhaps I should do them again. I used to follow the Kelley flush protocol (the recipe is also on Curezone here). Its almost identical to the Clark one but he has you do a coffee enema the night of the flush. And I never did the berries + cream like he recommends.

But I have to admit I am a bit scared to try a coffee enema, as last time I did one it left me in this very state I am in now. When I did the enema, I felt a big "release" inside of me, not sure if more stones got dislodged or just toxins being released. But I felt really bad afterward (for a few days), same depression/anxiety, low energy, etc.

But maybe I just need to accept I am going to feel like crap while my body works through this junk? I am just trying to get through the more immediate feeling bad + awful mood problems.

My gut feeling now is that this feelings are brought on by liver congestion and it being overwhelmed with processing toxins. I am sure Gallstones definitely still clogging things up, as everything is made so much worse when I eat fatty foods (such as cheese, eggs, butter, etc). So probably a case of the liver being congested and not being able to properly expel the stones.

Do you guys think I am correct in this thinking? :-)

Also, I found yesterday that milk thistle (Rainbow Light "Milk Thistle Plus") seemed to really help me feel better. I remember using it when my liver got jacked up from an Antibiotic I (mistakedly!!) took for an ear infection. Azithromiacin = dont ever take it! And its a good thing I never finished my dosage, just the initial two pills raked my liver and gut over the coals for weeks.

But the fact that the milk thistle helped tells me that these feelings are related to toxins in the liver and processing through those (not just stones). Milk thistle is one of the best and oldest liver remedies for those who arent familiar with it.
