Thanks for sharing this; it is really clarifying the myth about raw cruciferous vegetables versus the thyroid.
(in short; cruciferous vegetables only have a goitrogenic effect on the thyroid if you are deficient in iodine)

Make one wonder; if one "scientific" research like this made such a impact on our beliefs, what about the rest of the Science out there ?
Is it time for making our own beliefs based on experience?
Like we do at this forum?
