I've never had that problem with my air ozonator. I have had that problem with using too much ozonated olive oil both internally and externally. I've also had that problem with taking too much MSM. Usually 3 grams a day is my limit.
I think it's caused by too much oxygen on the brain. Jumping in the shower and drinking lots of water does help to flush out your system if that happens. However, sometimes you just have to wait it out. Stay standing if it happens, and maybe do some exercise. If you lay down you'll make it worse. However, you may feel that you can't stay standing, so then sit down preferably in the shower. Urinate as much as possible.
Your heart may also race, but just wait it out.
Again, I've never had that problem drinking saturated water or breathing ozonated air.
You might have to experience it to find out what your limits are.
