Now my urine is pale yellow (without doing any salt pushes or acidophilus) but it smells like ammonia. Whenever I sweat I tend to smell ammonia (esp. if I were to stretch my top lip over my top teeth). Is this a good thing that I am releasing ammonia? I am worried about my kidneys.
