I....don't....know! I have never supped calcium as I have a natural aversion to whatever the powers that be are trying to cram down our collective throats...
I just started mulling this over as a matter of fact:)
V's written on pectin and strontium.... worth looking into those things. I eat an apple a day, so there's my pectin.
