Interesting post Minnkidd. I think I will try the same with 5% Lugol's. I am a little confused though. It seems a lot of people are taking several different forms of Iodine. I am already taking Magnescent (20-30 drops- have Lyme). How much Potassium Iodide do I need? Thanks.
