Hi Guys/Gals,

I love this thread! These are all the exact questions I've been having all week....about fluoride, toothpaste, kelp and such...can't wait to find out more...keep it going all!

P.S.. I almost forgot I had a question! Um, well, three months ago I was told by a dentist (not my regular guy) that I had cavities on my wisdom teeth:( So, what do I do? Is it a bad idea to have them filled, and if so, with what?

AAANNND....How can I prevent this from happening again? I am reading the posts on herbal tooth powder and such, so maybe I'll find some answers there:)
