Anja, I cannot recommend IntraMAX highly enough.  It is all plant and whole food derived and contains all the vitamins and minerals, including the often overlooked but vital trace minerals, among a total of 450 different nutrients.  Ask CureZone member ChrisB1 what a difference it made for him.  It is simply the best product of its kind that I know about.  The source I obtain it from is Oasis Advanced Wellness, which is owned and operated by a good friend and co-moderator of my Yahoo health group "oleandersoup".  Another product that is a good one is Dr. Mercola's Whole Food Multivitamin Plus.
