I forgot all about nettle; and thanks for the hint with using it with the coleus.

I wonder what it is in seaweeds that support the hypothalamus. Some trace mineral? Iodine? I don't think it's iodine; because I've used Iodine for years in mild dosage; then for half a year in large dosage. Oh well, I'll take your suggestions anyway. They haven't failed yet and make a lot of sense.
