Hi five there fellow parent!

I did egg yolk Liver Flushing on my 7 year old boy. It was very easy.

My 5 year old and 4 year old used to have eczema, all I did was put my foot down and feed them a raw paleolithic diet. That is raw fruit, some raw vegs, lots of raw meat.

Raw meat we use is raw ocean fish, grass fed raw beef fat, raw beef liver, raw beef muscle, raw beef marrow.

I put those 2 kids on raw paleo diet for 1 week and we got rid of their eczema.

Today they eat rice and cooked meat, sometimes raw meat and raw fish with me, because I'm on raw paleo diet.
