Hi Wrenn, we have different cases but I hope it works for me. I have changed my diet as well, cut out all refined sugars and white flours, even pastas and all breads. It's not easy, but I am perservering. I had the same experience with rogaine as you, all of a sudden when I pulled my hair back I saw this horrible mass of dark hair at the sides of the back of my neck and I thought....did I have this before? I took out old photos and I didnt and so I thought how horrible I am aging that I am getting these masculine hairs all over! Finally I pulled them out with a tweezer. When you mentioned it on this site, I then realized then it was due to the rogaine. Someone should sue that company really! They never mention that or the initial loss of surrounding 'good' hairs in their ads or packaging. I'll let you know about my progress...I want to give it a bit more time, and as well, am waiting for my husband to return with better quality brand (currently using GNC which they say is the worse brand...very low quality). Sama
