Who is WE? Who exactly owns CureZone?

Some time ago there was a problem (system crash?) that resulted in a large number of posts being shuffled so that the contents of posts were not attributed to the correct author. How do you intend to address this given the stated TOS?

I have indication of a number of posts being later altered by an author in such a way as to reflect disparagingly on those who replied to their original message. How do you intend to address this given the stated TOS?
