Well I can confirm that maestro zapper works great. Battery lasts very long time. I have that model that you want - M.Zap4R. As for frequency 30kHz is best in my experience. With it my Acne is not gone but I'm in a better energetic shape than before and I always had back pain but with zapper pain is history. If I don't use it 2-3 week pain comes back.
