it lists diff foods that you might consider eating more of/
also some hair loss can happen as you detox/ but it will grow back esp as you will then have a cleaner system that will better absorb and utilise nutrients
be sure to eat food as close to natural as you can get..
just barely steamed or quick-stirred are far better than over cooking/
raw is very hard on digestive systems for many people/
best of all would be if you had one of thsoe new steamless cook units/ but i cant afford one so i make do how best i can..
be sure to elimanate toxins at the base/ where you intake
no teflon , no nylon cookware..etc
no soy/canola trans fats etc.
no dairy ( see www.notmilk.com)
fish over saturated with dioxins incredibly..
i use virgin coconut oil as a butter sub but that is rarely
i use olive oil as a baste on toast then add spices
and use seamae oil a small drizzle over basmati rice (smells like popcorn) since you should always have a bit of good oil with a starch product for better digestion.
sesame oil/sunflower oil/safflowe roil/olive oil/flaxseed oil
are all good.
peanut butter is full of mold and fungus 8(
if you eat nuts, shell them your self.
use unrefined Sea Salt never never table salt
make sure get plenty water (128 lb person should intake 1/2 gal of WATER per day to help stay hydrated and keep toxins from being reabsorbed.)
drink liquids at room temp or warm.. (if drink a chilled drink, add room temp water to it to take chill off
cold drinks are hard on liver and kidneys.
just some thoughts 8)
best to you ,

might order 2 bottles then if husband is bringing them back
