Our Superfood Original is the same as Dr. Schulze s original Superfood - the the nutritional analysis you linked to is from Dr. Schulze s original (just fyi, he no longer makes/offers his original - he now has one he's concocted after being out of clinical practice for nearly 20 years :(

) was created for raw vegan dieting and juice fasters - since that's the diet every person he treated utilized. So it's heavy on the nutritional yeast (B vitamins & protein).

Since not everyone is strictly raw/vegan, we altered the ratios to create a more nutritionally balanced Superfood for those still eating meat & dairy. That's what we call Special Blend (much less of the B vitamins & protein/nutritional yeast that are plentiful in meat & dairy) and more of the other nutritional plant/green goodness that meat/dairy eaters are lacking.
