I've tried the e3 alive and a few other blue/green algae products in the past and didn't feel too well on them, a naturopath I was seeing at the time tested me on them with her particular brand of kinesiology and I tested poorly, but the spirulina might be a little different. I think she said it was because they can be a bit moldy? I've got a continuing yeast/bacteria thing I've never been able to remedy.
