sorry if I am outsteppin my boundaries here but I just gotta say


yeah well Maggie I was told I could hop right off my 1mg xanax in a couple of weeks to but that didn't happen either.. listen to your body! not a darned pharmacist as they don't have clue what some drugs can do to the body ..all they know is what they are taught in school ..
they are highly deceived paid drug dealers!!

I was given the drug levaquin a few years back and 3 days in the 7 day dose I was a wreck ..felt like my tendon in my foot was gonna rip ..it hurt to walk and I was wild eyed and wound up to no end.. couldn't sleep either ..
called the pharmacist and all he could tell me was to quit taking it .. well duh huh! I went over there and gave him a peice of my mind for telling me such crap .. I was on benzos at the time so it wasn't pretty I tell ya! I had nonstop anxiety and the tendon pain lasted for weeks !! I went back to the pharmacist ( I wasn't happy at all either) it was a different one this time and he actually looked up the long form of side effects(they only give you the short one !!) and he said it could take up to 8 weeks for the symptoms/effects to go away!! great ! now I have a knot on the same foot that I felt like the tendon was gonna rip!! and they have a lawsuit out about the drug for that very reason.!! even though it took a couple years for that knot to show up you cannot underestimate the consequenses of taken meds in any form!! what you take now can come back to haunt you later on down the road..it did me thats for sure ..the only way to go is natural.. yes there can be side effects from natural herbs ..etc but you won't die from em and you just might be healed/cured for good if you give natural healing a shot ! the key is to get educated.. nobody would be here on curezone if we were healthy and/or the mainstream doctors were curing what ailes us would we? think about that ok?

In the past year I have come off of benzos/ bp meds/ acid reflux meds -proton pump inhibitors ..hey ! if I can do this you can .. my life is much better because of it too. turns out that when I came off benzos I was able to come off the other.. so they were intertwined? exactly!


research and then research some more ! you are the one who has to do this not anyone else sweetie !

do if for yourself!you have to take care of yourself cause noone else will.

start healing and stop hurtin yourself!

sorry if I came off harsh to you but I only mean well and sometimes we need a little tough love and/or a wake up call
