I am 8 months post and about 75% better. Mostly just fatigue and PMS at this point. The longer you have it, the longer the recovery time seems to be. (I had it almost the full five). The thing with recovery is that it may be almost immediate or it could take some time-everyone is different. the healthier your lifestyle the better-antioxidants are great.
