Couldnt have said that any better Pepe. I am so sick of people trying to find shortcuts to weight loss with this CLEANSE. people are not taking this seriously and if they do not adhere to the cleanse properly then they can place their body into great amounts of danger. trust me I know. My first year of college I did follow the cleanse protocol properly ( i was fasting with some people for a protest and i did not drink enough of the lemonade and then i pigged out on fast food to finish the cleanse. That ruined my system for at least two years and may explain why i have digestive problems now.
