Okay that's great, i'd never heard of it, but i don't suffer from urinary problems myself.

I feel really good today, bloating seems more under control, i'm wondering if adding in the extra zinc and tmg last few days has helped. I think some days i've been detoxing as felt out of sorts, fatigued. I don't take the bitters with every meal, but try to take at least once a day.

I ran out of soya and had normal milk in tea and didn't bloat me out that much.

Lost more weight this morning, probably nearly 2 weeks of no bleeds under skin on hands, everything seems to be kicking in.

I've ordered some kefir grains, so i hope that will help even further.

I'm really pleased how it is all going.

So thanks for all the recommendations.
