Sounds like anxiety/adrenal fatigue all the symptoms of being overstressed. EFT helped me tremendously when I had similar issues. When you've done all the nutritional stuff and it's not helping energy medicine should be the next consideration. Sometimes accupuncture helps and sometimes it doesn't. Have you had any emotionaly traumatic events in the past 1-3 years?
