If you come to CZ to find out the secret to good health, your in for a big dissappointment. There are some forums with great information, and there are a whole lot of nutbags that spout a whole lot of nonsense, often wrapped up in fanatical religious beliefs.

Use your brain, read everything you can outside of curezone, educate yourself about how the body works, use critical thinking and logic. If people say they haven't got time to do any research, I say rubbish, if you are interested in getting well and staying well, you'll find the time.

Knowledge is power, critical thinking is the tool, all you have to do to use it, is to knuckle down and get to work.
