There are thousands of different herbs and natural remedies out there, just as there are thousands of different allopathic drugs, so of course they all are not suitable for all people to take, that is just stupid.

If you have a specific condition, use what is appropriate to treat that condition. As my dear Dad says, "if its not broken don't fix it" .

My goal in using natural remedies was to become as healthy as I could be to prevent getting sick. I wanted to build my own immunity to the point where I did not need to take any remedies, because I would not have any health issues.
This is working very well for me, as one by one , the health issues that I had, have dissappeared. I have treated the cause, which was for me a lack of immunity, unbalanced hormones, a poor diet and a lot of stress. There is no allopathic treatment for increasing your health and immunity. There are only drugs to treat symptoms of disease.
