Just because Herbalife didn't work for her doesn't mean herbs don't work. Perhaps it means Herbalife is giving wrong information or advice for their herbs? Perhaps the herbs are not the right ones, the right quality, the right quantity? Perhaps they weren't right for HER.

Like so many others have said, smart people get information, read other posts, read internet stuff [there's TONS out there!], get informed, then make the choices for yourself that you feel might work for you. That's all anyone can do. Sometimes we have to take drugs temporarily or for pain relief until they aren't needed any more. The goal is to get healthy not just cover up symptoms!

I think of it like this: DOCTORS AND DRUGS: Use ONLY in emergency situations!!!
