Although, I do actually agree with you about how confusing and contradictory CureZone Forums are as a whole.

You have to wade through the chaff, in my opinion, ML being one of them. It is also a matter of doing your own research and not totally relying on what you are told.

Hv, doesn't sell anything, unlike many on curezone. He seems to know how the body works and is very knowledgeable.

What he says, makes sense to me, so for the time being i will try his recommendations and see how i fare. Nothing of what he has suggested i believe is harmful, so i have nothing to lose.

Stick around for abit and read the posts.
