I had an odd dream and can't find the significance of this anywhere. Can anyone help?

I have a small bald patch on my scalp the size of a dime on the side of my head from Alopecia. Last night I dreamed that it was itchy so I scratched it. Later I looked at it and saw that there was a hole through my skull halfway into my brain. I ran to the hospital where they scheduled me for surgery to repair the hole but then I woke up.
