dont worry.....

dude...you can rid of it in say one and a half to two months....

what you have is sebohorric dermatitis......

specially when you sweat it worsens.....excessive dandruff

use....only.....Nizral{use it every alternate day][finish one or two bottles...it is available in 50ml bottles] ....shampoo....for one to two months....use only nizral shampoo with 2% ketoconazole....its is the best you can find....dont use any oil or roggaine on your head...let the scalp breathe...

the scalp has sebaceous gland which secrete sebum...i.e...oil bacteria infects the oil and causes flaking.......so dont have any nuts for the time being or oily food and reduce the intake of fatty foods ..non veg

hope it helps....me and my friends got rid of it big time...i had it for 4 years and i tried everthing....but never anything worked....try not to have.....bread and white flour products......
