 I don't have any of that just pain...any advice? thanks...

You can try antiseptic herbs, such as chaparral and pau d' arco, 3 times daily,  just in case there is a low grade infection. They certainly won't hurt.  Both herbs are also anti-inflammatory, so this may help with the pain. It is just very unlikely that the testicular and penile pain are from the hernia.
