Hi- I have just discovered my first few grey hairs and I am only 30. It has come as more of a shock as my gran (in her early 90`s) only has a few grey hairs herself. Have been reading about B vitamins, copper, iodine, iron, paba etc but wonder if anyone has tried any of them and have they worked?

Are there any diet tips also....I don`t eat meat but do eat fish.
