The FAQs are a lecture. I gave a plan and a solution with directions to follow to answer the OP question.

It is not a plan for failure. It is part of the journey on learning why you got fat and how to fix it.

You just posted a bunch of stuff about how someone will fail, mocked me.
I do not judge a new person on what everyone has been posting like you. They asked a question and I gave a workable answer instead of a lecture. Deal with it.
