Hi,

My hair has been thinning right at the hair-line in the center of my head. Basically, if you part your hair down the middle, it's right at that spot on the forehead hair line.

I stopped wearing my hair in a pony-tail because it seems that was pulling my hair too much, but I am still thinning there.

Are there any "spot treatments" anyone recommends?

Also, does Rogaine REALLY work??
