I am eating healthy .The issue I have is lot of digestive problems which still trying to figure out for past 20 years.One of the issue is bloating/gas to the severe level.Say if i do not have Gas I loose few inches around my waist instatneously.

Well this BP issue I do not know what is causing it.I just do not want to go on conventional medicine path.That is why I want to know anything I can take to go on natural path and avoid medicines
