Hello,

I've been trying for a long time to increase mineral intake into my body, but it seem I'm unable to tolerate mineral supplements. Every type of supplement I try seems to exacerbate my symptoms almost immediately. Especially my neck tension.

I'm a fibromyalgia sufferer with candida and have tried various fibromyalgia electrolyte mixtures, calcium & magnesium, a product called Ultra Muscleze, as well as others. They all seem to make me feel worse.

The moreless bath recipe leaves me feeling unwell afterwards, even if I don't have the temperature hot!

Is this unusual? Is this a normal reaction for someone acidic when the acid's are being neutralised?

Any help greatly appreciated.
