Day 3 of using "the cure" and I am noticeably better! The dish soap dried my lips quite a bit, and they were a little sore and puffy - BUT they were sore and dry before. Switched to pump hand soap after first day as it was mentioned on this site to be milder. After over 2 years of trying different meds, I am cautiously optimistic this will be my salvation! This recent outbreak was one of my worst ever. You don't want to be seen by anyone when it's bad! Keeping my fingers crossed it'll keep improving every day.
