Update: So I went to the doctor's to have the Mirena removed. The CNP whom I saw said she never heard of my symptoms being associated with the Mirena, not encouraging news. I had her test for blood in my stool, none detected (though it was a small sample). I did make an appointment with a GI doctor just to be on the safe side.
