Hi,
I hope you are hanging in there. It sounds like the crash. Your body is rid of the synthetic hormone and is adjusting so that it can make progesterone again. Don't be surprised if your cycle starts soon. I know it's difficult, but what you are experiencing is a good thing. It means your body is doing what is supposed to do.
