I can barely believe it!
I had been suffering year round with horrible allergies. I couldn't sleep due to mucous and itching, had horrible sneezing and itchy eyes. Had reactions to many things including my pets, even being outdoors.
I happened to see the documentary, 'Earthlings' and immediately became vegan due to the awful imagery in this doc and the new understanding of where our food comes from and aided by the images, 4 months later....I am totally allergy free and it is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! I can't believe i didn't figure this out sooner....thank u god!!!!!
